You’ll find us behind the sweeping curved glass showroom in the Clocktower Building, right in the heart of downtown Leavenworth, with front-row views of the town square. It’s a bright, welcoming spot made for lingering, people-watching, and starting the day right.

Our menu begins with our house-made waffle batter and fresh coffee from Leavenworth Coffee Roasters. The classic Belgian waffle sets the foundation, topped with fresh-cut fruit or paired with savory sides like locally made sausage and eggs. Our custom stuffed waffles take things a step further, equal parts indulgent and unforgettable, the kind that leaves you plotting your next visit mid-bite. We also offer breakfast plates and lunch favorites, including waffle fries… because when you do waffles, you commit.

For us, coffee came first. Years spent sourcing, roasting, and dialing in beans taught us that great coffee doesn’t need to shout. It’s honest, intentional, and brewed with care. Every cup reflects that craft, from roast profile to final pour.
